Rebirth: How To Escape This Prison (Body)

Your mind is the controller of the body, whether is it going to be easy or difficult depends on your mind and will power. There is nothing a person cannot achieve if he is adamant in getting things done for a good cause. You should understand yourself first before you prepare to rebel against ego, pride, jealousy, anger and the use of harsh words on others. These are your enemies within you. Winning them gives eternal happiness.

Earth, Water, Fire, Wind and Sky are five elements, which are part of nature. These elements are combined together by two or more for various creations. Our body is also combined with these five elements with different proportions. It has its own active centralized points in the body. Most of our desires are aroused for the satisfaction of these five elements. The centralized point for Earth is at the reproductive part (private area), point for Water at the navel, point for Fire in the heart, point of wind above the rib cage at the end of the throat and the point for sky in between the eyebrows.

By meditation and the practice of yoga, the 'Kundalini' power (nerve power) situated near the end of backbone (tail) slowly rises. On reaching each centralized point of the elements their urge decreases. Such practice puts a person in self- control/discipline. At each stage, a person experiences and gains good health, a clearer version of devotion, divine knowledge, appearing younger, attaining powers, knowledge about the world and nature and even the capability in deciding their own death. Usually at the latter stage while meditating at the sixth point in between the eyebrows, the form they meditate on will disappear and there will be a vision of a glowing light. The seventh point is on the top part of the head known as 'Kabaalam'. Here God will be meditated in the form of glowing light.

The skull slowly becomes soft as a newborn baby and the communication with the supreme soul will be very active. At this point, a person's face will glow brightly with pureness and divinity. Such perfection unites the soul with the supreme either before or after death. If it is before death than its like in the stage of coma, the body is motionless but the mind and soul unite with the supreme. They can disappear with or without their body and they can invite death whenever they decide or even live more years than an average life span of a normal human being. This is the stage where they will be addressed as 'GOD'.

A person can also achieve this perfection, if their Guru is the right person to guide him. Divine love for God is experienced by different people in different ways and for different purpose. God prepares a person divinely in a way to guide and purify people according to each period of time and requirement. This is the reason for different gurus to preach different ways of praying. When moral law (dharma) was very stable, many concentrated in prayers for washing away their sins and prayers to invoke god's blessings. But now moral law has subsided beyond recovery, as such practicing meditation is necessary for the soul to get united to God. Moral law on earth is like the gravitational power for earth to function on the right track and if it subsides, great natural disasters occur frequently as you witness now and then are more are to come.

The preaching of a perfect and divine Guru can loosen the grip of Maya. His divine sight will wash away the accumulated sins. His blessings will get rid of the arrogance in a person and prepares him for spiritual life. My Guru always emphasises to others that understanding about your birth, death, body, mind and soul is spirituality. It is not for a getaway purpose. A Guru is greatly respected by his disciples. He is the one who leads them towards immortality. Guru is described as God in a human body. Faithfulness and devoted service to him is considered equivalent as given to God. Such a Guru confirms that his disciples are well prepared for salvation. Being with such a Guru is a great gift in a person's life.

The programs broadcast at the radio stations are transmitted by the air -waves. The radio, at home, possesses certain effects to capture it. Similarly, the urge of the soul to reach God is transmitted to Him by meditation. As our souls are part of Him, it is identified and accepted in a proper way and time. Just by meditating upon your Guru as the representative of God, all the active centralized points of the five elements will be controlled as time goes by. You can achieve whatever you wish for with the blessings of your great guru.
