The human body is a great gift from God. The body is a mixture of the 5 elements. The skeletal frame, flesh, veins, blood and others makes up the material body. The astral body is linked with the mind, knowledge, feelings, thoughts, sense of previous life and this is seen in our character.

The body which holds all the vital power points within is programmed in such a way that one is held responsible for his own actions. This decides the next birth or reunion with god. In conclusion, self-realization reveals to us that our body is not only for satisfying the pleasures of the senses but it is a rarely explored divine base.
