Mother Kali is the power of Time and the force of evolution in creation. Kali mother is dark and terrible, spreading death and devastation all around to make way for new creations. But many of her devotees have misused her powers for evil purposes and personal gains.
Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa was a staunch devotee of Mother Kali. He did not follow doctrines but showered immeasurable motherly love upon Mother Kali that finally led him to liberation. Prophets like him take rebirth to guide mankind as instructed by God.
Their duties on earth are meant for major changes. Sri Ramakrishna proved that with deep faith one could see life in idols too. He is the divine light of Maya (illusion). Mother Kali is Maya in order to understand and overcome Maya, Sri Ramakrishna loved her so deeply to the extent that she had to show the way of enlightenment. Sri Ramakrishna made his way of life as an example to guide others to liberation.
As mentioned earlier, prophets take rebirth voluntarily to guide others and our guru’s lifestyle is identical as Sri Ramakrishna. His birth is divine and Mother Kali follows him like a shadow since birth. His looks, behavior with followers and his simplicity are similar too. Moreover, Palmyra leaves astrology (Olai Suvadi) in India also reveals that he was Sri Ramakrishna in his previous birth and he had taken other incarnations as well.
Sri Kalki is the name given to him by Mother Kali. Both are closely associated with destroying the evil and preparing for a New Yuga. But Sri Kalki bears an extra duty in saving true devotees of God by embracing them with his divine light. For this reason, his followers meditate upon him as Sri Kalki Jothi.
